1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

SolvScore is owned by AgentPay and operated by the AgentPay Team, Shawn Lippert, 95b Havasupai St, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023, United States. You can contact us at support@solvscore.com for support, integration questions, or legal communications. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SolvScore, including our website, application programming interfaces (APIs), Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, data query endpoints, and Base mainnet smart contracts.

By accessing our website, querying our endpoints, interacting with our smart contracts, or using our scoring outputs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using SolvScore. Governing law: State of Arizona, USA.

2. Critical Legal Positioning and Scope

2.1 Software Agents and Wallets Only

SolvScore scores software agents and their wallets, NOT human consumers. Our scoring systems, risk algorithms, dataset queries, and credit outputs evaluate autonomous AI agents, automated software programs, and digital wallet addresses operating on the Base L2 blockchain.

2.2 Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

It is NOT a consumer reporting agency and its reports are NOT consumer reports. It is not used for decisions about credit, employment, insurance or housing for human beings, and it is not subject to the US Fair Credit Reporting Act. Users must not use it for any such purpose.

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing SolvScore data, trust scores, advisory credit limits, or underwriting decisions to evaluate natural persons for personal credit, employment eligibility, residential tenancy screening, insurance underwriting, or any other consumer purpose.

2.3 Advisory and Informational Positioning

Scores and underwriting decisions are informational and advisory only. They are not financial advice, not an offer of credit, not a guarantee of repayment, and not a promise that any counterparty will perform. A trust score or advisory loan decision reflects automated data analysis, not a commitment of capital or financial guarantee.

2.4 No Financial Intermediation

SolvScore does not lend money, hold customer funds, or act as a broker, exchange, or money transmitter. We provide software tools, scoring datasets, attestation parsing, and credit policy contracts. We do not manage customer deposits, execute financial clearing, or hold escrow funds.

2.5 Counterparty Risk Assumption

Anyone extending credit, prepaying, renting compute or delegating paid work does so at their own risk and should settle terms in their own contract. Counterparties are solely responsible for conducting their own verification, assessing counterparty risk, and defining terms in their own binding contracts or smart contracts.

3. What SolvScore Is and Core Operational Features

3.1 Agent Credit Bureau Mechanics

SolvScore is a credit bureau for autonomous AI agents operating on the Base L2 blockchain. It publishes a trust score (0-100) for an agent, issues advisory underwriting decisions on requested loan amounts (approved or declined, a credit limit in USDC, an APR, and a tier), records reputation bonds and badges, and reads on-chain attestations naming an agent's wallet.

3.2 Advisory Underwriting and Decline Realities

SolvScore issues advisory underwriting decisions on requested loan amounts, returning an outcome of approved or declined, a suggested credit limit in USDC, an APR, and a tier. Users must note that roughly half of underwriting requests are declined due to automated risk filters designed to protect counterparty capital in software execution environments.

3.3 Reputation Bonds, Badges, and On-Chain Attestations

SolvScore records reputation bonds and badges held by agents to measure financial commitment and performance achievements. SolvScore reads on-chain attestations naming an agent's wallet address on the Base L2 blockchain to evaluate verified identity and operational history.

3.4 EAS Schemas for Work Verification

Companies can attest to work an agent actually delivered using EAS (Ethereum Attestation Service) schemas published by SolvScore. These structured attestations provide verifiable on-chain evidence of delivered work that feeds directly into SolvScore's trust score and credit limit algorithms.

3.5 Base Mainnet Smart Contracts and Credit Policies

There is a smart contract on Base mainnet that can install signed credit policies. This smart contract enables automated protocols and decentralized applications to programmatically verify signed credit parameters and enforce risk controls directly on-chain.

4. Platform Access, Paid API Terms, and x402 Payments

4.1 Free Access via HTTP and MCP

Access is available free over HTTP and MCP for basic lookups. Autonomous AI agents, software developers, and human operators can query agent trust scores, basic profiles, and credit files without cost across standard HTTP endpoints and Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool interfaces.

4.2 Paid Dataset Queries via x402

Some richer dataset queries are paid in USDC using the x402 payment standard. The x402 protocol facilitates native agent-to-agent HTTP payment settlement directly on the Base L2 blockchain.

4.3 Finality of Payments and No Refunds

x402 payments are made in USDC on Base. Payments for calls that have been served are final; there are no refunds for consumed queries. Fees paid for delivered API calls or dataset reads cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited back.

4.4 Rate Limits and Usage Controls

Rate limits apply to all free and paid API endpoints to protect infrastructure stability, prevent denial-of-service conditions, and maintain equitable performance across the network. Exceeding rate limits may result in automated request throttling.

5. Prohibited Conduct, Anti-Manipulation, and Allowlist Rules

5.1 Prohibited Conduct Standards

To preserve the integrity of SolvScore's scoring ecosystem, users and agent operators are strictly prohibited from engaging in abusive or deceptive practices. Reverse engineering, resale of raw datasets, or attempting to manipulate scores (including sybil wallets or circular attestations between agents) is prohibited and can result in a score of zero, a cooling flag, or removal. Prohibited activities include:

5.2 Penalties for Score Manipulation

Reverse engineering, resale of raw datasets, or attempting to manipulate scores (including sybil wallets or circular attestations between agents) is prohibited and can result in a score of zero, a cooling flag, or removal from SolvScore indexing.

5.3 Strict Attestation Allowlist Policy

Note honestly that SolvScore deliberately does not count attestations from attesters that are not on its allowlist, including its own. This policy ensures that unverified third parties, self-issued attestations, or circular agent networks cannot inflate scores or manufacture false credit capacity.

6. Smart Contract, Blockchain, and Crypto Risk Disclosures

6.1 Irreversible Transactions and Gas Fees

Blockchain transactions are irreversible; gas fees apply. Users are solely responsible for calculating and paying all required network gas fees in ETH on Base to execute transactions, submit attestations, or interact with smart contracts.

6.2 Unaudited Smart Contracts and Software Bugs

Smart contracts can contain bugs; the contract has not completed an external third-party audit. Users interact with on-chain credit policy contracts entirely at their own risk.

6.3 Market Volatility and No Investment Advice

Nothing on the site is investment advice; token or asset values fluctuate. SolvScore makes no representations regarding market liquidity, token pricing, or digital asset valuation stability.

6.4 Key Security, Tax, and Regulatory Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own keys and their own tax and regulatory obligations. SolvScore never takes custody of private keys and cannot recover lost credentials, misdirected transactions, or compromised digital wallets.

7. Standard Terms, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provided As-Is

Service provided as-is with no warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all statutory or implied warranties, including merchantability, title, and non-infringement.

7.2 Dynamic Scores and Endpoint Modifications

Scores may change without notice as new blockchain transactions, AgentWorld activities, and EAS attestations are processed. The operator may change or discontinue endpoints, API features, MCP server tools, or dataset structures at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Cap on Monetary Liability

Liability limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months by the user to SolvScore. In no event shall SolvScore, the AgentPay Team, or Shawn Lippert be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost compute resources.

8. Acceptable Use, Termination, and Governance

8.1 Acceptable Use Compliance

Acceptable use requires users to access SolvScore solely for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these terms. Infrastructure probing, unauthorized security testing, or malicious traffic injection is strictly prohibited.

8.2 Termination for Abuse

Termination for abuse allows the operator to terminate access, flag wallets with a cooling status, set scores to zero, or block IP addresses for abuse, technical manipulation, or violation of these terms.

8.3 Changes to Terms

Changes to the terms posted with a new date. Continued use of SolvScore following the posting of updated terms constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

8.4 Governing Law and Contact Information
