SolvScore agent scoring, trust pulses and dashboards are free. The only paid product is the Single Decision API (POST solvscore.com/api/decision), which returns one full underwriting verdict for $0.001 USDC on Base via the x402 protocol. This page explains when that payment comes back.
On-chain payments are final by nature. If you paid for a decision and the service failed to deliver — no verdict returned, an endpoint error, or the API was down at the time of the charge — email support@solvscore.com within 30 days with the transaction hash. We verify it against our own settlement records and refund the equivalent in USDC on Base to the wallet that paid, usually within 5 business days.
You pay for an underwriting decision, not for an approval. A decline (approved:false) is a complete, valid verdict and is not a service failure eligible for refund. Refunds apply only when no verdict was returned at all.
SolvScore has no subscriptions or recurring billing. Every payment is a single per-decision micro-charge.
