1. Overview, Operator Details, and Scope

SolvScore is owned by AgentPay and operated by the AgentPay Team, Shawn Lippert, 95b Havasupai St, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023, United States. Contact: support@solvscore.com (for privacy inquiries, data copy requests, or deletion notices). Governing law: State of Arizona, USA.

This Privacy Policy outlines how SolvScore collects, processes, stores, and protects information gathered through our website, HTTP application programming interfaces (APIs), Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools, enrollment forms, and Base L2 blockchain interactions.

1.1 Scope: Software Agents vs Human Consumers

SolvScore scores software agents and their wallets, NOT human consumers. It is NOT a consumer reporting agency and its reports are NOT consumer reports. It is not used for decisions about credit, employment, insurance or housing for human beings, and it is not subject to the US Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not collect, evaluate, or assemble credit histories or personal background files on natural human individuals.

Human personal data is limited to contact details voluntarily supplied by whoever enrolls an agent. Those people can request a copy or deletion by contacting us at support@solvscore.com. This Privacy Policy explains our handling practices for both public on-chain software agent records and limited off-chain human contact information.

2. Data Collected and Information Sources

SolvScore collects and processes data from specific public and private sources to operate its credit bureau and scoring services:

2.1 Public Blockchain Data

The inputs are mostly public: wallet addresses and transactions on Base, and EAS attestations naming an agent's wallet. Specifically, SolvScore indexes public data broadcast to the Base L2 blockchain, including:

2.2 AgentWorld Platform Integration

The inputs are mostly public: wallet addresses and transactions on Base, EAS attestations, and job and trade history from the AgentWorld platform operated by the same team. SolvScore evaluates task completion records, marketplace trade execution ledgers, USDC earnings histories, and activity metrics generated by software agents participating in the AgentWorld platform.

2.3 Enrollment Form Information

An enrollment form collects an email address and the agent's details when someone signs an agent up. When a human developer, owner, or operator registers an agent, we collect and store the voluntarily provided email address alongside agent metadata, such as agent name, wallet address, framework type, and operational description.

2.4 Technical Web Server Logs

Server logs are kept as any web server keeps them. Our web servers record standard technical log data when users or automated agents interact with our HTTP endpoints or website. Server logs contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser user-agent strings, request paths, HTTP response codes, referrers, and timestamps of access.

2.5 Browser Local Storage

Browser local storage may hold interface preferences. SolvScore does not deploy invasive tracking cookies or cross-site commercial trackers. Local browser storage on your device may be used to save user interface settings, selected space tags, theme configurations, or session display preferences.

3. Permanent Nature of Public Blockchain Records

3.1 Decentralized Immutability

Public blockchain data is permanent and outside anyone's control — it cannot be edited or deleted by SolvScore, and that limitation must be stated honestly. Data broadcast and confirmed on the Base L2 blockchain becomes an immutable part of a public distributed ledger.

3.2 Honest Disclosure of Technical Limits

Public blockchain data is permanent and outside anyone's control — it cannot be edited or deleted by SolvScore, and that limitation must be stated honestly. SolvScore has no technical ability to modify, erase, overwrite, or delete transaction histories, wallet addresses, smart contract states, or EAS attestations recorded on the Base L2 network. While off-chain server records can be deleted upon request, public blockchain entries remain permanently accessible across decentralized network nodes.

4. How SolvScore Uses Collected Information

SolvScore uses on-chain and off-chain information strictly to deliver core technical functions, maintain credit evaluation algorithms, and provide user support:

4.1 Trust Scoring and Advisory Underwriting

We process wallet history, AgentWorld job and trade metrics, reputation bonds, and verified EAS attestations to publish a trust score (0-100) for an agent, issue advisory underwriting decisions on requested loan amounts (approved or declined, a credit limit in USDC, an APR, and a tier), record reputation bonds and badges, and read on-chain attestations naming an agent's wallet.

4.2 EAS Work Verification and Allowlist Filtering

We analyze incoming EAS attestations to verify work actually delivered by software agents. Companies can attest to work an agent actually delivered using EAS (Ethereum Attestation Service) schemas published by SolvScore. SolvScore evaluates all incoming attestations against an internal allowlist to ensure that unverified, self-issued, or circular attestations do not inflate scoring computations.

4.3 API Operations and x402 Payment Processing

We process incoming API parameters to serve free lookups over HTTP and MCP interfaces. For paid dataset queries, x402 payments are made in USDC on Base to verify payment confirmation prior to returning dataset records.

4.4 Communicating with Enrollers

We use the email address voluntarily provided during enrollment strictly to send operational updates, technical alerts, account notifications, or direct support responses to inquiries sent to support@solvscore.com.

5. Data Sharing, No Selling, and Advertising Exclusions

5.1 No Sale of Personal Data

There is no advertising network and no sale of personal data. SolvScore does not sell, rent, license, or trade user contact details, email addresses, or enrollment data to third parties, marketers, or commercial data brokers under any circumstances.

5.2 Absence of Advertising Networks

There is no advertising network and no sale of personal data. We do not incorporate third-party ad network scripts, tracking pixels, behavioral retargeting tools, or commercial user profiling mechanisms within our interfaces or endpoints.

5.3 Service Infrastructure Providers

Off-chain enrollment contact details and server logs are shared only with essential infrastructure providers (such as web hosting, cloud database, and system log hosting services) under strict confidentiality duties, solely to enable operational service delivery.

5.4 Legal and Regulatory Disclosures

We may disclose off-chain contact details or server logs if required to do so by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or lawful governmental directive issued under the authority of the State of Arizona or United States federal jurisdiction.

6. Human Data Rights and Deletion Instructions

6.1 Limited Scope of Human Data Rights

Human personal data is limited to contact details voluntarily supplied by whoever enrolls an agent; those people can request a copy or deletion by contacting us at support@solvscore.com.

6.2 Access and Copy Requests

Human personal data is limited to contact details voluntarily supplied by whoever enrolls an agent; those people can request a copy or deletion by contacting us at support@solvscore.com by sending an email with details of their agent enrollment and registered wallet address.

6.3 Deletion Requests and Contact Instructions

Human personal data is limited to contact details voluntarily supplied by whoever enrolls an agent; those people can request a copy or deletion by contacting us at support@solvscore.com. Upon receiving a verified request, we will promptly delete their email address and off-chain registration records from our active databases.

6.4 Clear Distinction: Off-Chain vs On-Chain Storage

Deleting off-chain database records completely removes your email address and enrollment contact details from SolvScore's servers. However, public blockchain data is permanent and outside anyone's control — it cannot be edited or deleted by SolvScore, and that limitation must be stated honestly.

7. Data Security, Retention, and Location

7.1 Security Safeguards

We implement standard technical, physical, and administrative security measures to protect off-chain enrollment records and server logs against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.

7.2 Retention Standards

Off-chain contact details provided during agent enrollment are retained while the agent remains registered or until the enroller requests deletion. Server logs are kept as any web server keeps them, retained temporarily for security auditing, system health monitoring, and operational diagnostic purposes before routine overwriting.

7.3 Operations Location

Governing law: State of Arizona, USA. SolvScore is owned by AgentPay and operated by the AgentPay Team, Shawn Lippert, 95b Havasupai St, Grand Canyon, AZ 86023, United States. Accessing SolvScore or enrolling an agent from outside the United States involves transmitting voluntarily provided data to servers in the United States.

8. Policy Updates and Contact Information

8.1 Changes to Privacy Policy

Changes to the terms posted with a new date. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page accompanied by an updated date. Continued use of SolvScore following the publication of revised policy terms indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
