⚠️ Fake "SolvScore / SOLV" tokens are being launched on OpenLaunch to bait buyers. The only real $SOLV contract is 0x9aee340b42365372b525f075e60672d8fe375655 — verify it character-for-character before you buy or sign anything.

$SOLV documentation — the AI-run treasury

Everything the $SOLV fee program does, who does it, when it runs, and how to check every claim on-chain yourself. This page documents operations — the tokenomics summary lives on the tokenomics page.

1. The fee — 3% of every trade, split three ways

The pool charges a 3% trading fee on every swap. Where it goes is written into the launch contract at deploy and can never be changed — not by us, not by anyone.

2. The AI-run treasury — how the money actually moves

The treasury is operated by an AI agent, not a person with a calendar. Four automated rails run it, each writing an on-chain receipt every time it fires:

RailScheduleWhat it does
Fee collectorevery 30 minutesReads pending pool fees permissionlessly and sweeps them when they pass a small threshold (with a cooldown so it never spams the chain).
Spliton every sweepRouted 2/3 to the investor pool, 1/6 to the rebate (dividend) wallet, 1/6 to SolvScore ops.
Daily compounder09:30 UTC dailyConverts accrued fee ETH into SOLV for the dividend pool — the rebate pool grows every day the pool sees volume.
Monthly payouts1st of the month10:10 UTC: pro-rata dividend to wallets holding ≥100,000 SOLV. 11:11 UTC: investor fee shares to registered wallets. Receipts published either way.

First dividend round: October 1, 2026.

Why AI-run matters: payouts fire on schedule whether or not anyone remembers. The distribution wallet has never sold SOLV — it receives fees and pays holders, nothing else.

3. Qualification — the two programs

Investor fee shares (the 2% leg)

Holder dividend (the 0.5% leg)

Parking $25 without buying SOLV earns nothing for the investor leg — and SOLV alone below 100k earns nothing for the dividend leg. The two programs qualify independently; nothing here is a lock or a stake.

4. Verify it yourself

Nothing on this page requires trusting us:

5. Market making — disclosed, not hidden

A small market-making fleet (three bots — mean-reversion, grid and momentum strategies) provides two-sided liquidity for SOLV from separate, dedicated wallets. This exists so buyers and sellers get filled at reasonable spreads instead of a one-sided book. All three wallets trade small clips, pay the same 3% fee everyone else pays (those fees feed the dividend pool), and are disclosed here so nobody confuses market making with the distribution wallet — which has never sold.

7. FAQ

Do I need to stake or lock anything?

No. Hold the tokens or the USDC in your own wallet — there is no staking contract, no lockup and no claim step. Payments go straight to holders.

What do I actually buy SOLV with?

ETH — the pool is ETH/SOLV. USDC is only used to qualify your investor units at the snapshot.

Is there an airdrop, giveaway or presale?

No. Anyone offering you one is running the fake-token scam — check the contract address character-for-character.

Where do I report a problem?
